“You’re Beautiful On The Outside When You Recognize Your Beauty On The Inside!”

Darlene Aiken is the President/CEO of Inner Beauty Solutions, Inc.®. In 2001, Ms. Aiken founded the company, however, it was not until 2004 that she was forced to take  her vast professional experience, couple it with her business acumen and develop the prestigious company that effects change within girls on a global level.

Through her keynote addresses, self-esteem workshops/programs, book signings, parenting sessions, summer programs, and girls boot camps, she challenges girls and boys to always strive for their ultimate best without comparing themselves to the accomplishments of others, but rather set their own goals.  Additionally, Ms. Aiken developed a train-the-trainer program for agencies to implement into their programs.

Since the inception of her dynamic program, her beginning set of girls now attend prestigious educational institutions across the world, such as Northeastern University, Franklin College in Switzerland, Morgan State University, Hampton University, University of Maryland Eastern Shore, as well as other universities and colleges, where they still incorporate the Inner Beauty Solutions, Inc.® teachings into their everyday lives.

Ms. Aiken earned her Masters Degree from SUNY at Stony Brook in Human Resources Management and Her Bachelors Degree from C.W. Post College of Long Island University. She is certified in the following areas: customer service, wardrobe specialist, teaching freshman seminar.  In addition to running her company she is an adjunct professor where she teaches sociology, juvenile justice, freshman seminar, & personal growth courses.
